Some of the details are still being worked out but we want to get the word out - MARK YOUR CALENDARS - May 1 we are having a party to celebrate being cancer free, done with treatment, and want you to join. That's right, we want anyone and everyone who has been part of this journey with us to come and celebrate. Hopefully the weather will be sunny but if not we will move things from the backyard and deck to inside.
So that you can hopefully make it, we've decided to do a bit of a Potluck Open House. Come anytime from 11-6 for however long you can. I'm sure we will be grilling up some stuff, but since we dont know who will all be able to make it, we just ask that you bring a dish to pass as well. Come enjoy the day, enjoy cancer-free life with me, and maybe even meet a person or two.
Think you live to far away to come? Well, my parents are traveling 2,000 miles to be here for it so what's your excuse :-). Just kidding, because I do know that there are many of you who read this who unfortunately wont be able to make it. But please know how much we appreciate your prayers and support and know that you would love to celebrate with us.
