So I know that hardly anyone even looks at this. Who know if after not posting for a while if anyone does. But still Sarah and I didn't want to post anything too soon. We have really good news. Nope... still no little ones :-). But you could argue that we are one step closer. In 2 weeks we will be moving into our first home!!!! OUR FIRST HOME!!!! The economy is definitely a buyers market and after a special gift we realized it was time to start looking and take advantage of it. We looked at a lot of different places and as you read below, there are a lot of homes where the pictures definitely point out the best. But then we found the one. We really weren't sure how God blessed us with such a find, but we decided to take a plunge, and they accepted our offer. Then it was to the inspection, getting insurance, going through A LOT of paperwork, and just this week we received word that our loan was approved. We close on the home on May 28 and will be moving in that weekend. It actually lines up PERFECTLY with our lease.
The home is up in the Snohomish area. Actually just 2.5 miles away from one of the homes that Sarah grew up in. Great location and it will be nice and quiet. Our home is located on .51 acre and is just over 2,000 sf. We have the marketing pictures, but also want to wait until we have some of our own to post. It's so soon and so exciting!!!!
